Georeferencing from GeoTIFF is supported in the form of one tiepoint and pixel size, a transformation matrix, or a list of GCPs[1].
Result after Thermal Noise Removal of Sentinel-1 imagery contain georeferencing information composed of one tiepoint and pixel size. Add georeference information refer to reference [2].
